No single metric tells the whole story. Use them in combination:

Example A:

• Win Rate: 70%

• Profit Factor: 1.2

• Avg Profit: 20 USDT

• Avg Loss: 80 USDT

Problem: Despite high win rate, losses are 4x bigger than wins.
→ Need to cut losses or let profits run.

Example B:

• Win Rate: 45%

• Profit Factor: 2.3

• Avg Profit: 100 USDT

• Avg Loss: 30 USDT

Conclusion: Excellent system. → More than half the trades lose, but winners easily outweigh the losers.
