Added FundingBefore and FundingAfter filters: run strategy only N seconds before\after funding.
FundingBefore: If positive, the time in seconds before funding during which the strategy can run
If negative, the time in seconds before funding during which the strategy must be turned off
If 0, does not apply.
Similarly FundingAfter.
FastStop must not give early false positives
Funding is not written or sent to the stat if the general Emulator mode is enabled in the bot.
Buttons of order size and take profit react to mouse click at once, before pressing them
Added SplitPiece parameter to manual strategies: to separate a piece of a specified size (in percent) from an order.
