All strategies have now StopLoss2 and StopLoss3:
both stops are triggered by time (parameter TimeToSwitch)
price (parameter PriceToSwitch, % of actual buy price) conditions.
Price condition is checked by last 2 bids
Trust management: the checkbox "Send Panic Sell for closed orders" has been added (so that slave bots won't stay with a coin when master terminal had already sold this coin).
