Moonbot — version 5.89

Changes

• New Bittrex API v3

• Added the button to cancel all orders (in the Markets table).
  Warning! will cancel also sells on futures, if they were set not by the new MB vesrion

• Futures Sells set by 5.89 or higher or spot sells wont be canceled

• Futures: one more new websocket "Settings → Аdvanved", so there are 3 options: default, previous FStream3 and new one SFStream.

Fixes

• the context menu "Copy markets above" on the markers table.
